Shipping Policy
Preorders
- Please note that any orders containing preorder products will not ship until the entirety of the order contents is in hand and ready to ship. However, we will do our best to provide you with accurate timelines on when we expect preorder products to be in stock.
United States
- Orders generally take 1–3 business days to process from the time you place your order. Holidays and large volumes of orders may affect how soon we are able to process orders, but we will do our best to let you know if we are seeing slower processing times than normal.
- Please allow 5–9 business days for delivery from the time that your tracking information is received.
Canada
- Orders generally take 2-5 days to process from the time you place your order. Holidays and large volumes of orders may affect how soon we can process orders, but we will do our best to let you know if we are seeing slower processing times than normal.
- Please allow 7–12 business days for delivery from the time that your tracking information is received.
- Please note that orders ship from Tennessee in the United States and may be subject to customs fees upon arrival.
Other Regions
- Unfortunately, we are not currently expanding our shipping regions at the moment, however, we are looking into partnerships with publishers and distributors in various countries that would provide games for those specific countries/regions.
Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages
